Dr. Pham came to Arizona in 1975 and started his 9th grade education at Coronado High in Scottsdale. He graduated summa cum laude from ASU with a BSEE degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1983. After a long career in technology that included working on NASA/space shuttle-related projects, developing high-performance industrial computers, managing multi-national organization, and serving as an appointed Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Motorola Computer Group, Dr. Pham decided to follow his passion in dentistry. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and received the "Golden Hands" Award along with the prestigious Dean's Award as he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in 2013. As a National Health Service Corps Scholar, Dr. Pham spent the next four years helping the underserved population in Northern California's rural areas. He enjoys learning as well as teaching and he loves to create healthy smiles through minimally invasive dentistry. Dr. Pham is a proud father of two adult children and he has been happily married to his sweetheart for over 40 years. His current hobbies include home improvement, classic cars, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Paulina Pham is honored to join the family practice and continue the tradition of caring for generations of patients with compassion, integrity, and personalized attention. Growing up in Arizona, she witnessed the meaningful relationships her father built with patients over the years, inspiring her to pursue a career where she could make a lasting difference in people's lives through dentistry.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Paulina Pham believes that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and treated like family. She enjoys getting to know her patients, helping them feel at ease, and working together to create healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime.
Dr. Paulina Pham is passionate about lifelong learning and is committed to staying current with advances in dentistry so she can provide the highest quality care using modern techniques and technology. She is especially grateful for the opportunity to practice alongside her father and continue the legacy of a practice built on trust, kindness, and genuine relationships.
Outside the office, Dr. Paulina Pham enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and making memories with her miniature Goldendoodle, Chip. She looks forward to welcoming both new and longtime patients and considers it a privilege to care for the smiles of her community.

She also enjoys group activities that support personal growth. Anne loves to cook and you may catch her peeking at the cooking channel here at work if she gets a moment’s break. Her latest passion is wood working.

Brandy is one of our friendly and caring dental assistants. She fell in love with dentistry at the age of 3 after her very first dental visit. Brandy started her dental assisting career 24 years ago and she loves helping patients feel comfortable. Brandy truly enjoys traveling. To date, she has visited 39 states and some international destinations as well including Iceland, Germany, Canada, Mexico and the Virgin Islands. In her free time, Brandy likes spending time with family and friends, dancing, music, sports, cooking, gaming, bowling, trying local breweries, and doing anything outdoor.

Breanne is one of our caring registered dental hygienists. She attended Careington College and graduated from the hygiene program in 2011. Breanne is very gentle and thorough. She loves to help patients understand how to maintain perfect oral health. In her spare time, Breanne enjoys outdoor activities. Cynthia is one of our friendly and caring dental assistant . She has over 25 years of experience in the field. Cynthia enjoys helping patients understand the importance of maintaining good oral health. Outside of work, she loves taking road trips with her 4 kids, especially if it involves the beach or the river. Her other favorite activity is moon gazing and spending time with her 2 dogs, Russell and Scuffy.

Jessica is our multi-talented front office staff who also helps out with back-office/chairside assistant duties. She is an Arizona native, born and raised in Mesa. Jessica has been in the dental field for over sixteen years. She loves to help people and it shows in her care and her compassion with every patient. Jessica has five kids who keep her very busy. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and watching movies.

Karri is our kind and caring Lead Dental Assistant. Our nickname for her is 'Karri-Oki' and you will likely hear her humming to our satellite music during your visit. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years and she loves making patients feel comfortable in the chair. She is happily married with two beautiful children. In her spare time she loves cooking, hanging out by the pool, and watching her kids play soccer. Karri moved to the valley a few years ago from Michigan. She is loving the Arizona life and definitely does not miss shoveling snow.

Laura is one of our caring registered dental hygienists. She has been with our office for over 30 years. Laura enjoys delivering quality dental hygiene services and loves to help patients maintain healthy pink gums. Her hobbies include stage craft (fabricating stage props) and xeriscape. You may be interested to know that Laura spent many hours during the construction of our office working above the dropped ceiling, wearing a tool belt, and assisting with the installation of our computer network, telephone, and speaker cables.

Lora is one of our caring registered dental hygienists. She has been in the dental field since 2008, first as a Certified Dental Assistant then later as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Lora was proud to have served as volunteer in Guatemala with the Spirit of Education Foundation right after having graduated from the dental hygiene program at Phoenix College in 2007. Helping the Guatemala population in great need was an opportunity of a lifetime to be of service and to hone her clinical skills in providing treatment for many different types of oral diseases.

Patti is one of our caring registered dental hygienists. She started working in the field over 24 years ago as a receptionist while deciding to go back to school for either nursing or dental hygiene. With some guidance from her dentist, Patti decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene and eventually graduated from Mesa Community College in 2008 . She enjoys getting to know her patients so they would feel more comfortable in the dental chair. When she's not at the office, Patti enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball and caring for her zoo which includes three dogs and two cats.

Xiomara is our friendly and bubbly Patient Treatment Coordinator. She moved to the valley from Milwaukee where she worked as a Clinic Coordinator for Marquette University School of Dentistry. Xiomara is a great addition to our team as she genuinely cares about the patients and she loves helping them to take care of their needs. She is also fluent in Spanish making it easy for our Spanish-speaking patients. In her spare time, Xiomara enjoys baking and making new recipes with her sons.
